What we collect
When you buy a ticket or contact us we collect your name, email address, company and payment details. Payments are processed by our ticketing partner and we never store full card numbers.
How we use it
We use your details to issue your ticket, send event updates and, if you opt in, our monthly newsletter. We never sell your data to sponsors or anyone else.
Photos and recordings
Talks and parts of the venue are filmed and photographed. Lanyards with a red dot mean you prefer not to appear in photos, and our crew will respect that.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it or ask us to delete it at any time by writing to privacy@voltage.events. We reply within 30 days.
